MCLE

California attorneys are required to obtain at least 25 hours of Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) every three years in order to keep their licenses active. Mr. Crowder is approved by the California Bar as an MCLE Multiple Activity Provider (Provider Number: 13474), which means that any educational programs he offers are approved for MCLE credit.

Attorneys from other states are welcome to participate in any of the MCLE programs offered here. Many states accept California-approved activities for MCLE credit, but you will need to check your own state’s requirements.

Non-attorneys are also welcome to participate, although you won’t receive any credit for doing so.

Currently, we have the following courses available for self-study credit. After you read the article, you take the test, and then you are emailed the correct answers and a certificate of completion. It will be your duty to fill in the certificate, sign it, and keep it for your records.
